On January 28, 2021, Ellis Williams, a 39-year-old man from Houston, Texas, was tragically shot and killed in the parking lot of The Redford Apartments in southeast Houston. The incident occurred around 4:20 a.m., when a security guard heard gunshots while conducting his morning rounds.
