Richard Christian "Chris" Dillard, a 55-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on February 10, 2021, in Irving, Texas. Dillard, who was a political consultant and active in Republican politics, took his own life outside the home of U.S. Representative Beth Van Duyne. He had previously worked as Van Duyne's communications director during her congressional campaign and had also served as a public affairs officer for the Texas State Guard.
