Rashad Lamar Farmer, aged 23, was shot and killed on July 13, 2015, in the Wells Goodfellow neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. At around 7:00 PM, Farmer and another individual were standing outside a residence in the 5800 block of Lotus Avenue when shots were fired at them. The second person managed to escape with a gunshot wound to the foot, but Farmer was struck and collapsed in the street, where he succumbed to his injuries.
