On a Wednesday afternoon in St. Louis, Missouri, 32-year-old Devin Trice was inside the Southside Barber and Beauty Salon in The Grove neighborhood when a man walked in and shot him. The incident, which occurred on September 28, 2022, appeared to be a random act of violence. Responding officers found Trice with puncture wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
