Timothy Alfred Nelson, a 54-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 28, 2021. He was the victim of a fatal shooting at the Oasis Apartments on Forest Lane in Dallas. Responding officers found Nelson with a gunshot wound outside his apartment door and pronounced him dead at the scene.
