Tocorrie Jashawn Tarrant, a 33-year-old African American male, was found dead on April 14, 2019, in Dallas, Texas. His body was discovered in the Jackson Branch of White Rock Creek, located in the 6900 block of Skillman Street. The Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office identified the cause of death as homicidal violence.
