Luis Ruiz, a 21-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on March 10, 2021, in a quadruple shooting in southwest Houston, Texas. The incident occurred on Ranchester Drive, where Luis and his 20-year-old sister, Jessica Ruiz, were among the victims. The siblings, along with three others, got into a confrontation with two men in a gold or brown sedan.
