William Edward Satterfield Jr., a 35-year-old African American man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on March 12, 2021. He was found unresponsive behind a residence at 838 Green Meadow Lane, with concrete mix on his upper body. Satterfield was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into his death revealed that he had been shot in the skull, and a 6-inch piece of wood was lodged in the back of his throat.
