Xavier Dominique Shelvin, a 26-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on May 28, 2021, in Houston, TX. He was fatally shot multiple times in the parking lot of an apartment complex located at 2151 South Kirkwood Road. The incident occurred around 11:55 a.m., following an argument with a known male suspect over a vehicle. The altercation escalated, leading to the shooting that claimed Shelvin's life.
