On January 18, 2023, in Talbott, Tennessee, 41-year-old Jennifer Belcher was found deceased in her home on Ingram Road, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call made by her husband, 52-year-old Kenneth Belcher, who admitted to shooting his wife during a domestic dispute.
