London Mikhail Evans, a 23-year-old male from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2021. Evans was fatally shot while sitting in his maroon sedan in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Broadway Street. The incident occurred around 12:20 p.m. when four vehicles surrounded Evans and another man, Trence Thomas, 33, and opened fire. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
