William P. Simmons, aged 61, died in a house fire on August 23, 2015, in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred in the Northeast area of Kansas City, specifically at 306 Oakley Avenue. Kansas City firefighters responded to the blaze at around 8 a.m., and after extinguishing the fire, they discovered Simmons' body inside the home.
