Steven Frank Valadez, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically found shot to death in his vehicle in Central Oak Cliff, Dallas, Texas, on June 13, 2021. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, around 2 a.m., when police responded to a shooting call in the 1000 block of Wilbur Street.
