Justin Rice, a 26-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, tragically died on July 4, 2021, in San Antonio, Texas. Justin was fatally shot during an altercation outside a hookah lounge called Vybrations Luxury Lounge. The incident began as a confrontation inside the lounge, which escalated when it moved to the parking lot.
