Juan Rolando Condé, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically found shot to death on July 13, 2021, in Kingsville, Texas. His mother, Yvonne Marie Cortez, discovered his lifeless body inside their home at 1022 S. 16th St. around 2 p.m. on that fateful Tuesday. The Kingsville Police Department, led by Police Chief Rick Torres, has been actively investigating the case, but as of now, there have been no arrests or identified suspects.
