Seattle Salazar, a 39-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on August 9, 2021, in Lubbock, Texas. The incident occurred late at night at the intersection of 16th Street and Avenue U. According to the Lubbock Police Department, officers responded to a shots fired call at 11:26 p.m. and found Salazar deceased in the street. Initial investigations indicated that the suspect shot at Salazar from a vehicle, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
