Hector Garza, a 48-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, was a dedicated officer with the San Antonio Police Department. He tragically lost his life on March 29, 2001, while responding to a domestic dispute. Garza was shot and killed by Frank Garcia, who was involved in a violent altercation with his wife, Jessica Garcia.
