Tyler Young, a 29-year-old man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on August 20, 2021. He was driving eastbound on Houston's East Freeway with his two young sons, aged 6 and 8, when a white sedan pulled up alongside their SUV and began shooting. Tyler was fatally shot, and his sons, thinking quickly, grabbed the steering wheel and managed to steer the car to safety off the freeway. Tyler was pronounced dead at the scene.
