Carlos Veliz Jr.

Carlos Veliz Jr., a 33-year-old man from Abilene, Texas, tragically lost his life on August 31, 2021. His body was discovered in the parking lot of a convenience store on East South 11th Street in Abilene. According to court documents, Veliz was shot at another location approximately two hours before his body was found.
