Chance Bonni, a 23-year-old African refugee and Cooper High School graduate, was tragically shot and killed on August 18, 2018, in Abilene, Texas. Bonni was at an apartment complex for a party when he answered the door and was shot in the upper torso by multiple suspects who were reportedly involved in drug-related activities.
