Antonio Demond Royal, a 40-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on September 6, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. He was fatally shot in the parking lot of LA Fitness in Lake Highlands. Eyewitnesses reported that Royal and another man, later identified as Dekelvin Michael Henderson, were involved in a heated argument before the shooting occurred. The argument escalated, and Henderson ultimately shot Royal, who was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly after.
