Tony Jerome McIntosh, a 42-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on October 6, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. He was born on September 14, 1979, in Detroit, Michigan. McIntosh was fatally shot in the 5000 block of Haverwood Lane and later succumbed to his injuries at a hospital.
