Paul Arthur Laney, a 42-year-old man from Harrisburg, PA, was tragically shot and killed in Carlisle, PA, on July 2, 2020. Laney, who was born on August 30, 1977, in Carlisle, PA, was the son of Willie L. Laney Sr. and Doreene A. Beaston Laney. His death was one of eight homicides in Cumberland County that year, but it remains the only unsolved case.
