Clarence Bernard Childs, a 29-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Carlisle, PA, tragically passed away on March 13, 2022. He was found dead during a police incident at a residence on the 2200 block of Newville Road in Cumberland County. The incident began on Sunday evening, and Childs was discovered with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound before police formed a perimeter around the home.
