Christopher Montoya, a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot on March 15, 2025, at the intersection of Gus Thomasson Road and Ferguson Road in East Dallas. Emergency responders arrived at the scene around 12:20 PM, but Montoya had already succumbed to his injuries. The Dallas Police Department launched a homicide investigation, assigning the case number 036583-2025.
