Kevin Dewayne Rene, a 41-year-old man from Houston, Texas, was tragically found shot to death in the living room of his northeast Houston home on September 7, 2021. The Houston Police Department responded to the scene around 3:15 a.m. and discovered Rene on the floor with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. At the time, there were no known witnesses or suspects, and the investigation was ongoing.
