Jocson Antonio Zelaya Blanco, a 23-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on September 12, 2021, in Austin, Texas. He was shot multiple times outside the El Nocturno Nightclub on North Lamar Boulevard around 2:20 a.m. Despite life-saving efforts by the Austin Fire Department, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Travis County Medical Examiner's Office later confirmed that the cause of death was gunshot wounds, and the manner of death was ruled as homicide.
