Santos Tito Cedillo, a 31-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on September 20, 2021, in San Antonio, Texas. Cedillo was shot following an argument with his neighbor, Luis Angel Alvarado, in the parking lot of their apartment complex on Somerset Road. The altercation escalated when Alvarado allegedly pointed a gun at Cedillo, prompting Cedillo to confront him. During the confrontation, Alvarado fired multiple shots, resulting in Cedillo's death at the scene.
