Ronnie Jermaine James, a 31-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 27, 2021, in Austin, Texas. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:15 a.m., when police received reports of gunshots in the area of Garcreek Circle near Decker Lane.
