Oseas Jimmy Lozano, a 25-year-old man from Mesquite, Texas, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2021. He was shot in the parking lot of the 1700 block of Hillcrest Street around 1:00 a.m. The incident occurred following a verbal altercation that escalated into a physical confrontation. Oseas was transported to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.
