Paul Saiz, a 28-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2021, in Lubbock, Texas. The incident occurred as a result of a road rage altercation that escalated into a deadly shooting. On the night of the incident, Paul Saiz and his cousin were traveling north on University Avenue after leaving a bar. They were pursued by another vehicle following a minor collision.
