Cornelius Williams, a 92-year-old African American man, died on November 28, 2021, in Dallas, Texas. He was a disabled veteran who had served as a caregiver for his wife, a disabled veteran herself. Williams was shot in the parking lot of Baylor University Medical Center after being discharged from the ER. He succumbed to his injuries nearly a week later.
