Rafael Garcia, a 17-year-old Hispanic male from Garland, Texas, tragically lost his life on December 26, 2021. He was one of three teenagers shot and killed at a Garland Texaco gas station. The incident occurred the day after Christmas, and it also left two other teenagers, 14-year-old Xavier Gonzalez and 16-year-old Ivan Noyola, dead.
