Ivan Josue Ortiz-Castillo, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on December 27, 2021, in Midland County, Texas. The incident occurred on the 10001 block of West County Road 154. Ortiz-Castillo was found by the entrance to TM RV Park, where he had been living for a significant period. The Midland County Sheriff's Office confirmed that Ortiz-Castillo died from a single gunshot wound to his chest.
