Decamren Sims, a 22-year-old male, tragically lost his life on December 17, 2022, in Midland, Texas. He was one of two victims found deceased in their apartment at The Ranch Apartments on Neely Avenue. The other victim, 20-year-old Anjaya Saddler, also succumbed to her injuries. A third individual, 21-year-old Deondrick Sims, who is Decamren's brother, was shot but survived with non-life-threatening injuries.
