On February 12, 2022, 19-year-old Bernardo Aguilar was tragically shot and killed at Coronado’s Camp in Tuscola, Texas. The incident occurred at a job site near Highway 277 and FM 89. Bernardo Aguilar, a Hispanic male, was the victim of a fatal shooting that took place early in the morning.

The suspect in the case, Sixto Torres, a 21-year-old man from Abilene, was arrested later that day by the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office. Torres was found at the scene and taken into custody on cha ...
