Luis Alfredo Ramos, a 29-year-old man from El Paso, Texas, tragically died on March 14, 2022. According to court documents, Ramos was shot multiple times inside an apartment complex in the Lower Valley area of El Paso. The incident occurred after a dispute that began earlier that evening at a bar, where Ramos allegedly assaulted Diana Valdez, his girlfriend at the time.
