Jack Harold Jay White, a 53-year-old male from Fort Worth, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 6, 2022. The incident occurred on an I-35 access road in Fort Worth, where Jack Harold White Jr. was shot multiple times. The Fort Worth Police Department responded to the scene at around 6:53 p.m. and found Jack Harold White Jr. suffering from gunshot wounds.
