Devirea Dayshon Smith, a 19-year-old male from Irving, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 24, 2022. He was found with a gunshot wound outside the Hyde Park at Valley Ranch Apartment Complex in Irving. Despite the efforts of the Irving Police Department, the circumstances leading up to the shooting remain unclear.
