Keenon R. Culver, a 35-year-old man from Irving, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 21, 2021. Culver was found lying on the sidewalk with a fatal gunshot wound to his chest in the 4200 block of Reserve Way. He was quickly transported to Parkland Memorial Hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.
