Evan Scott, a 40-year-old male from San Antonio, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 27, 2022. He was fatally shot while sitting in his car on Fredericksburg Road, near Oak Hills Country Club, around 9:40 p.m. Jasmine Scott, 27, who was with him at the time, also succumbed to her injuries shortly after being taken to the hospital.
