Wayne A Bryers

In the summer of 2016, a grim discovery was made on a Kansas City sidewalk that marked another chapter in the city's homicide count. Wayne Anthony Bryers, a 51-year-old man, was found lying on the east side of Prospect Avenue, about 75 yards north of 31st Street. A passing taxi driver noticed him and saw that he was taking short breaths but was otherwise unresponsive.
