Jesus Lopez, a 51-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on May 29, 2022, in El Segundo Barrio, El Paso, Texas. The incident occurred outside Jalisco Café at 1029 E 7th Avenue, where Lopez was accompanied by a 66-year-old woman.
