Scott Lawrence Nolet, a 44-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically passed away on October 9, 2022, in Baytown, Texas. Scott was born on September 1, 1978, in Watertown, NY, and later moved to Texas, where he graduated from Cisco High School in 1996.
