Jamal Narcisse, a 29-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Baytown, Texas, tragically passed away on December 3, 2021. According to police reports, Jamal was involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend, which was witnessed by her brother, Daviyeon Cooper.
