Jamal Narcisse, a 29-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Baytown, Texas, tragically passed away on December 3, 2021. According to police reports, Jamal was involved in a physical altercation with his girlfriend, which was witnessed by her brother, Daviyeon Cooper. The situation escalated when Cooper allegedly shot and killed Jamal. Investigators believe that Cooper, along with an accomplice, was driving a small dark-colored sedan at the time of the incident.
