Martha Soto, a 68-year-old Hispanic woman from Houston, Texas, tragically passed away on October 22, 2022. She was fatally shot at her residence located at 7214 Narcissus Street. Houston police were called to the scene around 3:55 p.m. that day and found Ms. Soto had been shot. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center, she was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
