Charles R. Quisenberry, a 61-year-old retired firefighter from Port Arthur, Texas, tragically lost his life on November 17, 2022. Quisenberry, who had dedicated over 30 years of his life to the Port Arthur Fire Department, was shot outside his home on Tom Drive. The incident occurred around 1 p.m., and neighbors alerted the police after hearing gunfire. Upon arrival, the authorities found Quisenberry lying in the roadway with a gunshot wound to his chest.
