Charles R. Quisenberry, a 61-year-old retired firefighter from Port Arthur, Texas, tragically lost his life on November 17, 2022. Quisenberry, who had dedicated over 30 years of his life to the Port Arthur Fire Department, was shot outside his home on Tom Drive.
