Joshua Neil Goen, a 43-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically died on December 9, 2022, in Lubbock, Texas. He was the superintendent of Seagraves Independent School District and was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound at a residence in Shallowater, Texas.
