On the afternoon of Wednesday, October 26, 2016, a tragic discovery was made in the 4500 block of St. Louis Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri. Around 4:00 p.m., authorities were alerted to the presence of a person lying on the ground in the area. Upon their arrival, first responders found the body of 25-year-old Alexis A. Conley.
