Charles Louis Earles, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on December 6, 2007, in Knoxville, Tennessee. Earles, who had served in the United States Air Force and was employed at Hardee's Restaurant, was found dead in his apartment on Cavalier Avenue in East Knoxville.
